I had the same problem, some of the applets worked and other didn't. When
they do work it's wonderful. It would be really nice if the saving into my
computer and unzip steps weren't needed.

Just to point out another possible complication, in
http://www.cut-the-knot.org/pythagoras/tricky.shtml two zippped java files
are used. The HTML code contains this: <applet code="tricky" width=400
height=350 codebase="http://www.cut-the-knot.org/classes"
archive="CTKUtility.zip,tricky.zip"> .

Subject: [Users] Comments on Heiko's resources

Hello users
(I expect this include everyone that will work in content-enrichment,
for now I am Cc-ing to wp3 but I shouldn't),

since there's been annotations-contributions of some users already, I
took a few minutes to review some of them. The idea is here to show
that something useful was done and to strive for this something be good.

Heiko Vogel is user XWiki.haaner, the list of his 29 resources can be
seen at:
   http://i2geo.net/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Contributions?user=XWiki.haaner
Heiko has been one of the first contributor and his contributions are
pretty nice.

Except for some bug reports I did not hear a lot of echoes of his
encoding.

I tend to see his annotations as being good quality... but I'm not an
expert.

My attempts at seeing the resources, which are GeoNeXT exercise-
series, looked rejoicing: we really want to be able to display the
resources on the web! I could start them right away but I have two
problems with that:
- the full link is a bit ugly... why not hide it?
   (apparently, the currikulum editor should allow you to set the file
to be displayed when you press start)
- some applets brea, I wonder if the html is made of relative links
only. At least for MathematischeGrunderfahrungen (which breaks on
Verkehrszeichen)

I would love that others take the time to comment.
