This seems to be fully right although I don't see the scrollbar on the  
right.
Browser?
I seem to reproduce your lack of scrollbar with Safari for which  
there's an "unsupported" warning at the start or?

The save button is on the bottom right, it is an issue and even a  
worse one if you lack the scrollbars, that is correct.

Please note that Skills-text-box has few issues left
   http://jira.activemath.org/browse/IG/component/10265
but saving works with Firefox, I just tried it now and added the level
  Segundo de bachillerato CCSS
(change that please if needed or tell me to do so)
