[Users] Working on subsection and languages

Christian,

this is indeed annoying... for now the only thing I made sure is:
- to add a link to force editing in the right language on top of the  
pages
- deleted earlier versions and restored a version in English only  
(since otherwise there may be duplicates)
Let's live with that for now.
