[Users] status of i2geo.net upgrade

Hello platform supporters,

i2geo.net is not ready for production yet. Sorry for it. As main and  
foremost impediment is that the encoding got broken again because,  
again, the database default was not unicode... this is now changed but  
we need to adjust the data and this has failed thus far.

You can already enjoy an amount of the platform at
	http://next.i2geo.net/
where your user and resources are visible but please avoid changes as  
they may get removed.

Among the niceties:
- resources are playable on the web
- editing resources is far far better
- long URLs are valid again

We expect the conversion to be operational tomorrow.
