Dear colleagues,
I am sorry for the furor about my discussion remark in Czech language, so
I must explain it.
My remark criticises the Czech text in the Cabri-file:
Pythagorova věta tak, jak ji údajně pouívali Indiáni, ani by
to tuili.
In English it means:
Pythagoras theorem in the form, with which reputedly worked Amerindians,
but they did not know it.
It is nonsense! The puzzle comes from medieval India and Indian
mathematicians certainly knew the matter.
I recommend to Thomas Recio to delete the Czech sentence in the file, or
substitute it by this: Skládačka pochází ze středověké Indie.
(that means: The puzzle comes from medieval India).
Because the diacritical marks in Czech text could be break durig the
transport, I give the upper text as the attachement in pdf format.
Pavel Leischner
